I absolutely love this family. The superficial side of me loves them because they are all absolutely gorgeous, and the rest of me loves them because they are one of the nicest and sweetest families I have ever met. I did their Christmas family photos in December, and couldn’t wait until the lovely Erica was a bit bigger with her twin belly to take some maternity shots. Isn’t she just stunning?

March 12, 2012When we were doing little Hannah’s 2-year-old photos, I was able to get some shots of her gorgeous mom, my sister in law, who is pregnant with baby #2, my first nephew! She is such a sweet mom, and I cannot wait to meet baby Noah. He’s still got a while in the oven though, but you can guarantee his photos will be plastered all over this blog as soon as he arrives!

January 17, 2012I liked Karrie from the moment we talked on the phone to schedule this session. She is extremely friendly, very energetic, had awesome ideas for her photos, and is absolutely gorgeous. I also would love to steal her antique trunk that she brought to the shoot... I had the pleasure of shooting her maternity photos this past weekend, along with her handsome husband Kyle. October 28, 2011Amazing photographer friend Tim helped set up this shoot to show a couple of us photographers some fancy lighting techniques. I don't have nearly enough equipment of my own to pull this off, but it was fun to play around with it, and learn for the future. Thanks Tim! Beautiful Abby is 6 weeks away from her baby girl being born. She was so patient with us, thank you Abby for letting us photograph you! You are gorgeous, and I can't wait for you to have your little girl.

Katie was my maid of honor at our wedding (when she was 8 months pregnant with her first son Tristan!), and Benjamin has been a close friend of my husband since high school. December 22, 2010I had to do a shoot of just the kids for their Christmas cards, but they were able to get the whole family for some photos this past weekend. She is due with baby Jeremiah next month, so be expecting TONS of baby pictures/new family pictures soon!
