Jessica has been in and out of my life since high school. Not that we ever parted ways as friends, she's just been all over the world doing amazing things. She married handsome Romeo a few years ago, brought their gorgeous little girl into the world barely over 9 months later, and headed off to Peru to do missionary work. They have been back in the states for a while now, have 2 gorgeous children, and are preparing to head to Russia in the fall. I had the pleasure of doing their family photos to use for their missionary prayer cards. I am so excited for them, and can't wait to see and hear about they incredible things they are going to do there. Love you guys!

The Buescher Family
May 8, 2012The Boyer Family
March 19, 2012Some people can just enter others' lives, and change it forever for the better. That goes for this entire family. David and I would not be where we are today if it weren't for the Boyers. They are some of the kindest and most generous people we know. Their eldest son Ryan is one of our closest friends, and the rest of the family was visiting him this past week, so I was able to snag them for some family photos while they were all together.
The Gorgeous and Growing Triantafilo Family
March 14, 2012I absolutely love this family. The superficial side of me loves them because they are all absolutely gorgeous, and the rest of me loves them because they are one of the nicest and sweetest families I have ever met. I did their Christmas family photos in December, and couldn’t wait until the lovely Erica was a bit bigger with her twin belly to take some maternity shots. Isn’t she just stunning?
Courtney and Brendan
February 28, 2012I love this couple. I have been wanting to do a shoot with them since Brendan was deployed to Afghanistan last year. He just got back home, and we are overjoyed to have him back. Courtney is one of the strongest women I have ever met. As hard as it was for them to be apart for so long, she kept positive (and sane!) and was such an encouragement. Back together for good, I had the honor of taking some photos of them up in Tehachapi earlier this week. I can't wait to see what adventures life is going to take them on together.
Hope
February 27, 2012I love hearing people's stories. How life takes turns and puts people in places where they never thought they'd be. How people take risks and have an incredible life because of it. I had the opportunity to photograph 3 families that were being interviewed about their experiences with Family Life Pregnancy Center in Tehachapi. Each story was about a time of hopelessness that transformed beautifully into a story of life and hope. A couple that was talked out of an abortion, and now are married with two beautiful children. A couple that was finally able to conceive in their forties and now have a gorgeous healthy little baby girl. A single father who turned his lifestyle around for his son that he recently gained full custody of. It's stories like this that make my job rock.
Karrie and Kyle Maternity
January 17, 2012I liked Karrie from the moment we talked on the phone to schedule this session. She is extremely friendly, very energetic, had awesome ideas for her photos, and is absolutely gorgeous. I also would love to steal her antique trunk that she brought to the shoot... I had the pleasure of shooting her maternity photos this past weekend, along with her handsome husband Kyle. Congratulations Kyle and Karrie, I can't wait to meet your perfect little baby girl in March!
